SHIPPING POLICY

For shipping outside of the Ottawa-Gatineau area or for international shipping inquiries, please contact us via email at mariannedicaire@outlook.ca.

The artwork will be carefully wrapped and securely boxed for delivery, with insurance included in the shipping fees.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at mariannedicaire@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
