For shipping outside of the Ottawa-Gatineau area or for international shipping inquiries, please contact us via email at mariannedicaire@outlook.ca.
The artwork will be carefully wrapped and securely boxed for delivery, with insurance included in the shipping fees.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at mariannedicaire@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN POLICY
You can always contact us for any return questions at mariannedicaire@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

How do I purchase an original artwork?If you're living in the Ottawa-Gatineau area in Canada, you can buy the artwork directly from the website. After your purchase, you have two options for receiving your artwork: you can pick it up at the artist's studio in Gatineau, or the artist can deliver it to your home for a small fee. For those living outside of this area, please email the artist to arrange national or international shipping. Then, a personalized quote for shipping will be provided according to your location. Note that shipping costs depend on the artwork's size and weight as well as your location.

Do you have prints of your painting?Stay tuned—prints of selected paintings will be released in the coming months.

Does your artwork come with a frame?Most canvases come with a 1.5-inch gallery stretcher, so no additional framing is needed. The stretcher thickness is detailed in the artwork description. Please note that watercolour artworks are shipped rolled and do not include a frame.
